谷驰智能床垫 APP 是由谷驰智能床垫(深圳市露美家具有限公司)(以下简称“我们”或“谷驰”)为您提供的用于智能睡眠设备相关的智能家居控制、体征监测、睡眠管理、健康记录、语音助手、健康服务等的产品。

我们非常重视您的隐私和个人信息。本隐私政策与您所使用的我们的产品与/或服务息息相关,您在下载、安装、启动、浏览、注册、登录、使用我们的产品与/或服务(以下统称“使用我们的产品与/或服务”)时,我们将按照本隐私政策的约定处理和保护您的个人信息,因此我们希望您能够仔细阅读、充分理解本隐私政策的全文,并在需要时,按照本隐私政策的指引,作出您认为适当的选择。本隐私政策之中涉及的相关技术词汇,我们尽量以简明扼要的表述向您解释,以便于您理解。

One Smart Sleep App is a product provided by Guchi (Suzhou Guchi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Guchi") for smart home control related to intelligent sleep devices, physical sign monitoring, sleep management, health record-keeping, voice assistant services, health services, and more.

We attach great importance to your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy is closely related to the products and/or services you use. When you download, install, launch, browse, register, log in to, or use our products and/or services (collectively referred to as "using our products and/or services" hereinafter), we will process and protect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Therefore, we hope you can carefully read and fully understand the entire content of this Privacy Policy, and when necessary, make appropriate choices as guided by this Privacy Policy. Includes the collection, storage, use, processing, transmission, provision, disclosure, deletion, and other handling of personal information.

1.2.4 Deletion of Personal Information
Refers to the act of removing personal information from the systems involved in daily business functions, rendering it non-searchable and inaccessible.

Refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that it cannot identify or be associated with a personal information subject without the aid of additional information.

1.2.6 Anonymization
Refers to the process of technically processing personal information so that the personal information subject cannot be identified, and the processed information cannot be restored to its original form.

为了创建账户以识别和存储您的个人信息,以及向您发送您使用我们的产品与/或服务产生的相关报告,并与您联系或发送必要的通知,我们需要收集和使用您的手机号码和与您身份相对应的唯一ID信息。 如您拒绝提供,我们将无法识别用户并提供相应的产品与/或服务,也无法发送通知给您。如您选择设置密码的方式创建账户,我们会一并收集和存储(加密)您的密码。为了提供主页服务,完善您的主页信息,我们需要收集和使用您向我们提供的头像、昵称信息等信息。如您拒绝提供,可能导致该服务无法达到我们拟达到的效果。

另外,为了提供更优质的服务,我们需要处理与您的应用程序使用相关的操作记录信息(包括但不限于授权记录、产品连接与使用记录、遥控器按键记录、APP功能触发记录),如您拒绝提供,将无法使用我们的产品与/或服务。

为了支持您智能设备与App的绑定,我们会收集您的账号信息、设备的标识信息、手机设备的标识信息(IMSI、MAC 地址、MEID、Android ID、设备硬件序列号、SIM 卡标识)、手机型号、系统版本号、智能设备的蓝牙信息、设备型号。同时,我们会收集当前运行的 App 进程信息,以便确定当前 App 是否处于前台运行状态,并根据不同的进程处理相应业务。

为向您提供健康监测、长期健康管理和睡眠日记服务,您需要向我们提供身高、年龄、体重等基础生物体征信息和睡前活动、身体状态信息、睡眠状态等相关信息。如您拒绝提供以上信息,您将无法使用我们的完整的健康监测和睡眠日记服务。如您不提供睡前活动和身体状态信息,可能导致该服务无法达到我们拟达到的效果,但不影响您使用该服务。

为向您提供睡眠日报/月报/初测报告/小憩报告/单次报告等服务,我们需要收集和使用您的睡眠信息(包括但不限于睡眠得分、入睡时间、 醒来时间、深睡时长、浅睡时长和清醒时长(合称睡眠时长)、睡眠效率、睡眠体动、离床时长、离床次数等),心率信息(包括但不限于睡眠时间段心率、平均心率、心率参考值、心率失常指数变化、疲劳指数、恢复指数等),呼吸信息(包括但不限于睡眠时间段呼吸率、呼吸率参考值、呼吸率均值等),打鼾信息(包括但不限于打鼾次数、减鼾次数、减鼾时间点、减鼾灵敏度等),压力信息(包括但不限于压力综合指标、抗压能力、压力指数、自主神经系统的活性)、心率变异性信息(包括但不限于HRV参考值,心血管事件高危要素指数、夜间神经系统功能输出指数、心血管事件发生风险指数、心脏自主神经功能调节受损指数等)和算法信息(呼吸暂停次数、呼吸暂停发生时间、呼吸暂停参考值),并根据上述信息为您生成睡眠报告。

部分产品配置语音控制功能,我们需要收集您的声音信息,以此来实现智能设备的语音控制功能。鼾声监测作为鼾声干预的信息收集来源,我们需要收集您的声音、声色等信息,以此来通过鼾声算法进行鼾声的的识别和设备功能的应用。此功能为设备正常运行的必备信息,在您开始注册使用我们产品或服务时即表示同意我们进行此类信息的收集和使用。

为了使您基于传感器的附加服务更加准确,我们需要收集和使用您的性别、出生日期、身高、体重信息,如您拒绝提供体重信息,将无法使用我们的产品与/或服务。 如您拒绝提供性别、出生日期和身高信息,可能导致附加服务无法达到我们拟达到的效果,但不影响您对基本功能的正常使用。

为向您提供闹钟服务,我们需要处理您的闹钟设置信息、闹钟执行时间和闹钟周期时间信息,您可以通过APP的闹钟开关来决定开启或关闭闹钟服务,如您关闭闹钟开关,将无法使用我们的闹钟服务。

为向您提供云关爱服务,我们需要处理您的ID、被关爱用户ID、以及您提供的关爱人和被关爱人的手机号码、邮箱等。我们需要处理被关爱用户的前述个人信息,您应确保您已经合法取得被关爱用户的同意。若您主动选择云关爱服务,即表示您已经获得被关爱用户的同意并同意我们按本隐私政策所述目的和方式来处理被关爱用户的上述个人信息。如您拒绝提供,您将无法使用我们的云关爱服务。

为向您提供更优质的服务,我们会使用或与第三方数据服务商合作进行数据分析以预测您的特征偏好。如您不同意我们进行数据分析,您将无法享受数据分析服务以及与该服务相关联的其他服务,但不影响您使用我们的产品与其他服务。

为了向您提供用户睡眠报告解读服务,我们不仅需要收集和使用您上述各项具体功能场景下的部分信息,而且需要收集和使用您的设备功能的使用记录信息( 具体以您实际使用的功能为准)。如您拒绝提供上述信息,您将无法使用我们的用户睡眠报告解读服务,即我们的睡眠管家无法为您解读睡眠报告。

我们在向您提供以下的产品与/或服务中会通过开启系统权限以收集和使用您的个人信息。如您不同意开启相关权限,您将无法正常使用我们的产品与/或服务。

您可在您的设备“设置”中查看上述权限的状态,并可自行决定这些权限随时的开启或关闭。

请您注意,您开启任一权限即代表您授权我们可以收集和使用相关个人信息来为您提供对应服务,您一旦关闭任一权限即代表您取消了授权,我们将不再基于对应权限继续收集和使用相关个人信息, 也无法为您提供该权限所对应的服务。

To create an account to identify and store your personal information, send you relevant reports generated from your use of our products and/or services, and contact you or send necessary notifications, we need to collect and use your mobile phone number and unique ID information corresponding to your identity.

Additionally, to provide better services, we need to process operation record information related to your use of the app (including but not limited to authorization records, product connection and usage records, remote control button records, and app function trigger records). If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use our products and/or services.

2.2 Binding of Smart Sleep/Smart Home Devices

To support the binding of your smart devices to the app, we collect:

2.3 Health Monitoring and Sleep Diary Services

To provide you with health monitoring, long-term health management, and sleep diary services, you need to provide basic biometric information (height, age, weight) and information related to pre-sleep activities, physical condition, sleep status, etc.
